Decide whether you will use an Inside Mount or Outside Mount
If you want the vertical to fit within the window frame you will be measuring for an Inside Mount or IM. If you want the vertical to overlap the window you will measure for an Outside Mount or OM.

Always Measure Twice!
Use the instructions given below.  Measure exact, within one eighth of an inch. Factory will make all necessary deductions on inside mounts. No deductions will be made on outside mounts. Treat ceiling mounts the same as inside mounts.

WIDTH - Measure the opening across the top where the track is to be installed. Give the exact measurement to 1/8 inch. Inside mounts require at least two inches depth.

HEIGHT - Measure in three places  left, center, and right. Use the shortest dimension. Give the exact measurement to 1/8 inch.  Factory will deduct from blind to fit inside window.

WIDTH -  Blind should overlap window opening at least three inches on each side to insure privacy.

HEIGHT -  Blind should be at least two inches above and two inches below window opening.

If you are going from ceiling to floor you can mount vertical blind on ceiling or wall. A vertical blind from ceiling to floor with a wall mount and a valance requires one inch deduction from length for valance clip.

Stacking Off Window
One Way Draw Stacking:  1-3/4 inches per foot of width plus 2-1/4 inches.
Split Draw Stacking: 1-3/4 inches per foot of width plus 4 inches, then divide by two for each stack.
